• operative meetings for bank staff
• account sessions, congresses, and summits
• viewing of video materials transmitted at once to large screen, plasma panels, and presidium monitors
• corporate parties

Project description

System of multimedia support for all the evens was designed and installed as part of the project. Videc projection system is based on multimedia projector Panasonic, motorized screen, and plasma panels Pioneer. LCD-monitors are also used for convenience of the presidium. Switch system of the conference he allows separating video signals transmitted to the p r: jector, plasma panels, and LCD-monitors and that gives the operator a lot of opportunities and provide; flexibility of the system. Document camera is built r I system to demonstrate paper documents.

A set of controlled Sony rotating cameras prov': broadcasting to the system of technological TV was installed in the conference hall. Control over the wh: complex is based on Palantir equipment and allows selecting sources of audio and video signal as we turning on and off display systems.

Using the touch-panel the chairman can select : source to be displayed, can control volume and set proper light conditions. All this can be made by stc~ a scenario (you have just to push one button).

System control is executed through graphical r face on the touch-screen where signals of video com eras are also displayed, from operator's workplace. Audio system is based on digital audio platform Biamp Audio Flex. Building-in this platform allowed adding to system such functions as camera homing on the active microphone and audio equipment control (selecting audio sources and their volume).
