Project description

The set of equipment that enables holding different meetings and events was installed in the Departmen of Education and Science of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.

Beyerdynamic conference system and loudspeaker equipment was installed for meeting holding. We should particularly point out the system of technological television integrated with the conference system which allows camera auto focusing on the speaking participant. To make it even more convenient, the set of conference system equipment was supplemented by the server of conference system and technological television cameras control. The control system allows managing the whole process.

The implemented system of video information display enables transmitting information from DVD player, videotape recorder, document camera, technological television cameras, and computers to the operator, secretary, and the president. Video information is also transmitted to multimedia projector, monitors on the assembly tables, and projection TV sets installed near the guests' places. All the switching and video signal processing is done on the basis of Kramer equipment.
